Cornelius Ryan wrote the book "A Bridge Too Far" which was made into a movie in 1977. This referred to the rickety rope bridges that cross the Safi river

All tied up refers to the safety harness with monkey tail that must be worn on the bridges and at the cliff edge as you look down on the Nile crocodiles and hippos.

Plenty of snaps is a reference to the crocodiles

I am really stumped...I would say All Star Movies Resort as there is a fire hydrant stairwell with paw print designs I believe and their menu features chili dogs/fries but I doubt this is it if HS attractions are on the right track...
