    Default Florida Resident Pass

    Hi Everyone,
I have a friend that might be staying in area when I am there for my trip.

She lives in MA but she owns a condo in Fort Myers.

Can she get a Florida Resident Park Pass? What is needed for proof?

    Thanks!
    Jeri Lynn

It' s pretty simple. A Florida pass is for someone who lives in Florida. She lives in MA.

That's not true...if she owns a condo in Fl...she CAN get a pass. She pays utilities, mortgage ..etc on that condo...so..no issues at all.
ALOT of older folks I know live in Ohio 9 months of the year...Florida the other 3.
They can and DO get, if they want...Florida Pass tickets.
You don't have to be a full time resident by any means.

Opus X is absolutely correct! My in-laws had property in Pa. and FL and had FL resident passes. They too did the divided time spent in Pa. and FL.
