Does anyone know the cost of a ECV rental in the parks, currently ?

This is the reason many people rent an ECV from an outside company. Also, when you rent from an outside company, you have the ECV at your disposal to use around your resort, which is helpful if it is spread out, like Port Orleans Riverside and Caribbean Beach.

If you do decide to rent, for ease of delivery and pick up make sure the scooter company is on the "preferred" list.

I usually rent from Apple, but dear friends have asked me to stay with them in their DVC unit and I don't want to take up the room with my scooter. Thanks!

I don't know if you will be in a studio or 1 or 2 br. I have had my scooter (GOGO HD) in a studio. They fit great by the door near the kitchenette in a studio. It was not in the way at all and there was a plug to charge at that space (at AKL).

I have been at SSR/AKL/OKW with my scooter. OKW is the largest.

Thank you all, I spoke to my friend and then called Apple. My friend requested a first floor knowing that I might need a scooter.
The nice people at Apple reassured me that if we had a room on an upper floor, I could plug my scooter in the baggage claim area at OKW.

We have done 2 trips to BLT in a 1 BR.
DW and I each have our own ECV and had no problems fitting it in. Just remember to bring an extension with you.
