    Default Crowds Memorial Day Week

I assume the crowds are high today (Memorial Day). What are they expected to be the rest of the week? Schools here are still in session, so I thought they might be lighter than the usual Summer crowds. Anyone there today/this week?

in 2009 DG and I were down for Memorial Day week. Sunday, Monday, and half of Tuesday was pretty busy no matter where you went. The average ride wait time was about 45 mins. From Tuesday afternoon through Friday the crowd was a little less. More like a 25-30 min wait for rides. Then Saturday was just absolutely mobbed!! We walked into MK and basically took a lap and just left. It was our departure day and we hung out at the hotel until we left.

Schools got out last week for most southern states so the crowds will be fairly large, but not too horrible after tomorrow.

Most is definitely key, as schools are not out in Florida yet, so take that into consideration. I know there are many districts in Texas that aren't done yet as well.

I always forget that they are finished so early. My school (suburban Philly) doesn't finish until June 19 (so many days off due to Hurricane Sandy but no snow days). The highs by this end of the week will be in the 90s. UGH!

I know some of the east coast of FL just got out. My county (north of Tampa) and many of the surrounding counties get out next week. We start 1/2 days on Friday and get out Tuesday. Seasonal passes go into black out on June 8th so the coming weekend will probably have a bit more FL residents than normal as people try to get a last visit before black out in.
