another spring break question

In your opinion, in order to avoid big crowds, would you consider the last week of February a good time or the last week of April? Thanks very much!!

Last week of April would be a little better, though that week has numerous high school bands. Disney does the "Magic Music Days" at the end of April which brings in a lot of groups.
