They took him off some of the meds this week but he needed another transfusion. His numbers were probably the lowest they have been in a long time. But the good news is that he's put on 8 lbs! And his kidney function is back to normal so that was a relief. Thanks for all the prayers and pixie dust. You guys are the best.

He/they had to stop at my house tonight after leaving their father's apartment. He needed hugs because the frog he got for his birthday a few years ago passed away.....it was kept at his father's and they had the funeral in the yard today. But other than that, he seems to be doing OK.
He called me Friday night to make sure I was making the chocolate mousse pie for Thanksgiving. Love that kid!
