Well Disney and the police department are still doing their investigation. But the claims department has decided to pay in full the value of the ipad. Here a couple of key point I leaned...

-No matter the value of what was stolen...the max Disney will pay is $500

-Make sure you call the police, this help validate both investigations

-be persistant

-lock all your valuables....If you are not going to use it....leave it home!

Sound advice. If you have to bring something valuable, use the room safe or take it with you. Our room safe at Pop Century was able to fit our son's laptop and probably had space for another one.

I'm glad you got some sort of resolution!
Will keep this post in mind when we go on vacation!
