How have the crowds been at DCA? What should we expect for labor day weekend and the couple of days following?

My DD and I will be there. We are volunteering and will be at water station Bambi. It is the second water station behind/around Fantsyland. We will be there very early. Our check in time is 3:30AM. We are also staying down over night at the DLH.

Are you running? It looks like it is going to be lots of fun.

We were at DL/DCA last Sunday and the crowds were not that bad. It was very HOT so I think the heat had a lot to do with that. Cars Land was the busiest area at DCA. My friend and her DD joined us and the girls went on TOT 4 times with only a 13 minute wait.

Thanks for the info on crowds and thanks for volunteering! I am running and the time I have to get up for the race doesn't sound so bad compared to the 3:30 time at which you are reporting to volunteer.

If you see someone running dressed as Sally from Cars that's me - my DS is going to be Lightning for the kid's race!
