The Living Seas Breakfast,
Evening Snack & Greet at Norway
As part of our INTERCOT 15th Anniversary Celebration, we will be gathering for two private events held on Saturday October 27, 2012. These events will bring together INTERCOT Staff Members, a few special guests and many of your INTERCOT friends, all in an intimate setting.
These events are BY RESERVATION ONLY, and are available on a first come, first served basis. Don't wait to sign up.
Availability is limited to approximately 100 people.
Your reservation of $45 per person is for BOTH events. You cannot purchase each event separately.
Living Seas Private Breakfast: Held in a special room at the Living Seas Pavilion with a great view of the aqua life prior to park opening.
Norway Snack & Greet: Held upstairs at the Norway Pavilion a few hours prior to the start of Illuminations.
Breakfast will be included Saturday morning and snacks/drinks will be included Saturday night for all those attending. We'll also have giveaways of items from the INTERCOT Store (aka. ICOT Swag).
When - Meet prior to Epcot park opening - exact time to be announced on the events page in the coming weeks. (to get your admission pass - a form of identification will be required)
Where - Location to meet and be escorted into the park will be announced on the events page in the coming weeks.
Cost per person for BOTH events is $45
You will need your own admission to Epcot seperately.
TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE - PERIOD. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you reserve, you are taking away a potential spot from another INTERCOT Guest. Do not register if you are not sure if you can attend.

No - non refundable and non transferable. As there are limited tickets avaiable, it's just not fair to reserve and then to cancel. Also, we need to make preparations based on the number of guests and are charged by Disney as such.

Will we also need to be admitted to the park? For example, if we are in before park opening will we need to go through the turnstiles first?

Yep - you need your own park ticket. Still working on the logistics of how we get to the Living Seas in the morning but I do know everyone needs their own admission (all the days events will be in Epcot anyway).
