Akershus! I reluctantly "settled" for it after I couldn't get into CRT on our first trip. Turned out to be a must do that we go to every time! The food is great, the castle is lovely, and the princess interaction was much better than at CRT's (which we finally got to on our second trip). My husband is Danish and likes the nod to his family favourite foods, but the rest of us were pleasantly surprised with the variety and quality of the...uh....'less Scandinavian" choices ;-)

We wanted to try something new befoe MVMCP last December, so I booked Tony's. DH and I really didn't expect too much, but were very impressed with the decor, the food and the service. So much so, that we are dining there before MNSSHP this October!

We too were surprised by Tony's. We have booked dinner there in July.

Rose and Crown was the best meal we had this trip. It's not one of the super popular places so we picked it mainly because we figured it would be easy to get into last minute. I had a fablous steak and DH had the cottage pie. This will certainly be one of our must do meals from now on.
