Passholder Discounted Rooms at Universal

Does anyone know typically how far out the passholder discounted rooms will show up for the Loews properties at Universal? I am looking to go in fall in anticipation of the HHN dates and not sure when to book for the best rates.

Last year they cam out in June for my late September HHN dates.
