Default WDW Tours - X Posted

I wanted to do a tour for my wedding anniversary when my husband and I visit in October. I was hoping for some suggestions, because I feel I am limited to what we can do since I am handicapped. I know my scooter is able to go most places, but I didn't know if someone could suggest a tour or two. Any advice would be great. Thank you in advance!

The vast majority of tours are able to accomodate scooters. WDW does a wonderful job of making things accessible. So, in terms of which tours would be best - I guess it depends on what you're interested in. Keys to the Kingdom is a great tour if you haven't tried it. Behind the Seeds is a lot of fun an inexpensive. For another type of "behind the scenes" experience try Dine with an Imagineer or Dine with an Animal Specialist.

Just wondering, do we here on Intercot have a listing of the Tours that you can take an ECV? About 3-4 years ago we did a tour and I remember I was very limited as to which tours I could take.

We did the behind the Seeds tour a few years ago, I think that might be alittle bit tricky for mobility issues.

We have done both the KTTK tour and Backstage Safari with a person on an ECV. both were good tours but IMO KTTK was much, much better. More entertaining and informative and worth every penny. Call Disney and talk with them about what your limitations are and they will Ve able To help you.

Thank you. This was the tour we were looking into, but now I'm a little sad, because you state the trickiness of the mobility. Help..?!

I think they've resolved any mobility issues there might have been. A couple of years ago I did this tour with my youngest son in a stroller. We had no problem at all. I realize a stroller is not an ECV, but still, rolling around was not a problem. Call WDW Tours just to check but I think you can do the Behind the Seeds with no issues.
