So happy we got BLT 2BR MK for our fall
vacation.

That's great news! You should have a great time. We had a 2BR MK View room in November and loved the place. We loved watching the fireworks from our room and ordered room service for dinner a couple of times. My DS4 liked the rainbow grilled cheese.

This is our 3rd stay there but never on the MK side. How is the Fireworks music piped into the villa. Our 5 grand kids will be with us and I'm sure they'd love it each night.

Check out the Top of the world lounge also, if you get the time. GREAT view of the fireworks and while the food selection is limited, everything we had was very good. One thing we did notice about BLT, was that the pool was a little cooler, I think because, it is shaded so much of the day. We walked over to the contemporary pool and it was a little warmer. Have fun!!!

I believe you get the music for fireworks on the TV.

We got the fireworks music over the TV, channel 20 if I remember correctly. There was no warm up or cool down around the music, so have the channel set up a few minutes before the show begins. You can ask a CM to verify the channel once you're there. If the conditions are right, you can even hear the music from the MK itself.

If you go to the roof, you don't need to sit inside the bar to see the fireworks. You DO need to get up there early. Early = very early. Once folks start the upward migration fifteen minutes before the show starts, the elevators will be filled to capacity and moving slooow.

Of the two, I prefer staying in the room.

BTW, There are several Lake View rooms that face the MK so the fireworks and castle are easily viewed.

How nice! We love BLT. We haven't had a MK view but usually are able to get a lake view room with a clear view of the MK and fireworks. We go up to the lounge for the fireworks and prefer the outside balcony to watching from inside. I agree with the poster who said to go up before the 15 minute mark. I try to go up early and get a center front standing spot on the balcony. The 2 bedrooms are really nice and the MK view with the sound piped in to your room will be simply magical!
