Default Kinda Want! Princess 1/2 Marathon Dooney & Bourke bag

Just as they did for the Tink 1/2 Marathon at Disneyland a few weeks ago, Disney has announced that a special D&B bag will be available at the Princess 1/2 Marathon Expo at the end of this month.

So, I only kinda want this one. We'll have the opportunity to get it (my husband is running), but haven't made up my mind yet. I like the Tink one so much better. What do you all think?

Below is the quote from the Disney Blog post this afternoon:

Some of the most anticipated items will be new Dooney & Bourke items that have a Disney Princess theme. There will be a tote, cross-body bag and a wristlet. Similar to the bags released for the Tinker Bell Half Marathon, there will be a specially designed medallion attached to the tote and cross-body bag.

These items and others will be released at the Disney’s Fit for a Princess Expo starting on February 24 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. Good luck to all of the participants! I can’t wait to see photos.

I definitely liked the Disneyland version much better. Personally I find this one too heavy on the "Princess" theme for my own taste. And the other one was a great purple color.

This was on the official Disney Blog. Looks like the large tote will be $215, crossbody will be $168 and wristlet $49.

I should point out that it will probably be just as Marci described in the other thread about the Tink bag. This will only be available at the Expo and will probably sell out in a few hours. They were limiting to one per person in California.

It's cute but I liked the Tink one better.

Yeah, the Tink one is much more understated.

Love the tink one, this one....not so much. It looks like a cheerleader print.

It's cute depending on your taste I guess. But personally I LOVED the Tinkerbell one much more. But I'm biased because I LOVE anything Tinkerbell

These bags are really cute, but the Tinkerbell purple bags from DL get my vote!
