 Leaving in 8 hrs but still planning!
The plan is to leave at 4 pm (7 hrs and 49 minutes) and I'm still trying to plan counter service, enter All Stars Music address in my new Garmin, (it can't seem to find WEST Buena Vista Dr.) find our Disney music CD and decide what to leave behind as my suitcase is full but I want to take more for our 10 day jaunt. It seems Emily won't be visiting us, so thats a plus. So it's wait til the wife gets off work, get a meal on the fly and head south in ...7 hours and 42 minutes! Good luck in all YOUR planning. My work is done. Hope all goes well. See ya in 10 days.

I have both the Garmin and the Tom Tom. Neither one could find the Beach club or the All Stars. In fact after ending up in the Epcot parking lot twice while trying to get to the beach club last October, I just turned it off. Following Disney signs is much easier.

We were adding the location for WL into our TomTom last night and had to use Orlando instead of Lake Buena Vista. It took us 30 minutes to figure it out.

Leaving in a Few Hours
My Tom Tom would not find the exact address of 1801 West Buena Vista Drive on a practice run for our trip in 49 days. Let us know how that works out for finding the way via GPS. Like others said, turn it off when you hit DISNEY property and follow the signs to Animal Kingdom, pass Micky D's and straight though the Guard Shack after showing your reservation paperwork.
Getting ready for our Sept Trip FINAL PAYMENT on Monday.

I found how to get there on Garmin. Get anything you can in the Disney area and make it a favorite location. Then go to that location and pick lodging in that area. It will bring up every hotel on Disney property with the correct address even though it won't let you enter that address. go figure

Good luck with the GPS! Please let us know how that works. We turned OURS off! We were able to get a property map at the resort, that was the best way for us to navigate.

I've used both of these tips and they worked for our older Garmen. You can also ask it to find locations near your final destination (i.e. using the theme park as the destination).
