Not to self: try a Golden.

Normally I'm just so excited to have Yeingling when I go to The World that I don't have much else...

Also - love the idea of giving us a hint about the next podcast. It would be a lot of fun to inspire discussion topics!!

Listening to episode 12 now then 13 right after. After visualizing Mel making a Peak (roof) gesture got me thinking sometimes I wish there was a way to actually see you guys while making the podcast. Sounds like they would be fun to watch.

We are quite animated at times, especially those of us ( ) who sometimes have a hard time verbalizing what we want to say.

Your voice kinda sounds like the blonde CSI agent on CSI Miami.

Too funny! I have no idea who she is, but I just went and looked her up and she's from Raleigh and I'm from Winston-Salem, NC - about 90 miles apart.

    You used my beer suggestion!

To add to the list, I really enjoyed the Tusker Premium Lager I had at Sanaa. I'll have to try a Golden the next time we're there.

    Smile

We've talked in the past about maybe doing a video podcast at some point ... perhaps even a live one, although as one with a face made for radio I'm against it.

I'd be all for it but we really havn't found a solution to capture 4 or 5 of us on skype simultaneously.

If someone has a solution for this challenge, please let me know

I watch one on certain Sundays of the month... This podcast uses Justin.tv... You can even use Ustream... I assume they use Skype... They have 4 hosts, usually a guest, and they even take calls... So, it can be done
Son of Jor-El.. Kneel before Zod...

TRICIA JONES: I heard that you were going to propose to Brandi Svenning at some theme park. When are men going to learn that women want ROMANCE, not Mr. Toad's Wild Ride...

BRODIE: Hey, now, be fair. EVERYONE wants Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.

My drink of choice at World Showcase is also from the UK- a Strongbow. It's a cider. I first had it when I was in London. I was 18 and it was my first "legal" drink! It goes down very smooth and it brings me back to a pretty cool time.

Also, it's definitely cool to hear your ideas talked about! The brief mention of the greatest children's shows thread that I started made me smile

I enjoyed the podcast as usual! Great job.

IMO City Walk has so much more to offer than what Disney is offering right now.

The band that you were talking about is pretty good on their own too. They put on a show during the dinner hour before they let anyone else up to sing. We listened to them while eating dinner one night.

BTW, for anyone who will be staying at the Hard Rock and doesn't realize, it is the closest resort to the theme parks at Universal. There is a short path that is only a 5 minute walk. I suggest that you skip the boat ride because you will probably wait more than 5 mins for the boat to take off.

Am listening to more of the episode today and you guys were talking about the new Hawaii Disney cruise and how long at sea you would be from LA to the Islands. Man I looked and to the Islands you are at sea day 2, 3, 4, and 5 and on the way back at sea day 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. So on a 15 night cruise you are at sea 9 days.
