EVC in Disneyland

I asked this at the DLR secton of this, but wondering. Can you rent an evc and use it at both parks since they are so close at Disneyland and California Adventure?

Yes, you can park hop with the ECV. You just can't take it into DTD and the GCH.

Gosh, now I'm in trouble. They never told me I couldn't take it to DTD............I did. No one said anything to me when I did.
