Christmas Overlay for HM and Small World, when can I count on them being up?

We are planning my DW's first visit to DL. When I was last there (00 or '01) it was early Nov and both HM and Small World had their awesomeo holiday overlays already up and open. Can anyone tell me the likelihood of both of these rides being in "holiday mode" by 11/17 - 20 ?? Thanks

Haunted Mansion changes before Halloween so that is a yes. Small World probably, based on past years.
