better to book with magical journeys or direct with disney?

Disney can't match the personal touch and attention to your booking that Magical Journeys provides to you! I'd suggest booking with Magical Journeys!

Love MJ. I've booked both ways, MJ is great. Even when I book thru the bounce back promo, I transfer it to MJ. Terrisue is very helpful.

I wasn't sure about MJ. I'd always booked my own through Disney and never had problems. But I tried MJ last time and they ended up saving me $600 that I wouldn't have gotten on my own without some hassle. From now on, it's MJ for me.

Magical Journeys for sure.....Denise from Magical Journeys has helped us save approximately $800 total on our upcoming 10 day/9 night trip in April.

When Disney released the Disney Gift Card promotion, I received an email from Denise early that morning telling me about it and letting me know that she had the promotion applied to our reservation.....then on New Years day when Disney released the Room discount promotion.....we received an email from Denise about 8:30 that morning detailing the savings and letting us know that she had called and had the Gift card promotion replaced with the room discount because it was a bigger savings. I just can't say enough great things about Magical Journeys and Denise. They are awesome.

I used to book my own ressies but used Wendy a few years ago and won't book my own again. She (and all of MJ) will watch for better discounts and will automatically apply them for you. You don't have to keep checking back. And they'll remind you when it's time to make your ADRs and tell you if there are special parties etc going on so you can buy tix to them as well. It's a lot less hassle for them to handle it all for you. Wendy ROCKS!

All the way!!! Looked for the biggest size and brightest color I could find!

We used to do it ourselves, but once we found Terrisue--that was the end of that! She's never let us down--always takes great care of us. Very sweet lady.

Though I agree booking directly through Disney is so fun (as we did the last two trips), booking with MJ has taken SO much worry and stress from our trip - we booked before the 2010 deals came out, and Melissa was right on top of it when they started pouring in. I knew when a new deal was announced and I didn't hear from her, it wasn't in our best interest to switch over.

Magical Journeys without question. Karen is there for us each and every trip we plan to WDW. I was so impressed from the first time booking with MJ that I have recommended them to a number of my co-workers, and they have the same reports, good service and monetary savings!

I love MJ.Believe me,I love planning my own trip so I don't really use them to save money because I usually find the codes and specials myself,but they have saved me a few dollars through the years and the biggest reason that I use them is because they save me time and aggravation.I usually change my plans 2-3 times by the time I take my trip and all I do is e-mail Denise and tell her.Within a few hours I usually recieve one back telling me everything is all set.I'm gonna meet her someday,it seems that everytime we go to Disney,she's either at the airport leaving or getting ready to go the next week.

Before we joined DVC, I would have no more considered going to Disney without having Karen at MJ book our trip than I would have not packing clean underwear!

They are so awesome over there. I really wonder how they do it all and do it all so well.

I refer everyone I know who's thinking about going to Disney to MJ and not a one of them has ever been disappointed.
