Default not the same Amy's pizza and pasta

    ElenitaB,

Thank you for listing the ingredients for a version of Amy's cheese pizza and mac n'cheese.

Please note, however, based on the allergy e-mail I received from WDW, they buy different foods than what you described. They buy Rice Macaroni & Cheese and Cheese Pizza from Amy's that are both Gluten free. What you listed contains wheat flour and thus I doubt is gluten free.

So, while Amy's foods might be free of eggs, please note that the list of ingredients given is not for the same products served at Disney restaurants. So to all, please e-mail Disney to double check or ask at a restaurant.

    Default Epcot

Please note that several restaurants at EPCOT are not run by Disney, but instead are run by vendors. I know France, Japan, Italy, and Mexico are run this way; Morocco and China might also be. These places may buy some of their own foods (separate from Disney) and while you can make requests through the same Disney e-mail address <[email protected]>, the operations at these restaurants are slightly different.

Also remember that the Swan, Dolphin, and Coronado Springs hotels have restaurants not run by Disney. But, from personal experience, sending an e-mail to <[email protected]> got me a useful reply back from a chef at the Swan.

I wrote Disney from the e-mail provided here and they responded with a lot of information and places our kids and I can eat (Celiac). It is so comforting and Disney is just the best place, we are so happy with their magical service.

Anyone with questions just e-mail disney.
