    June 19th Part 2

I arrived at the Magic Kingdom around 9:30 right in the middle of the mess caused by the first SpectroMagic Parade. I made my way through the shops towards tomorrowland. In normal instance I would have hopped on the TTA for a relaxing ride but it was closed due to the long rehab so I had to change plans. I decided to hop on Buzz Lightyear and toook a quick spin and then got something to drink. I amused myself by watching people walking towards SM thinking they would get a ride in during the parade. Guess they should have done their homework. I then hopped on CoP to visit with one of my favorite attractions. After the show the parade was just about done and I grabbed a FP for Peter Pan and then headed over to the Haunted Mansion to visit some ghosts. I did notice that the audio was starting to cut in and out of my doombuggy just like it use to before the refurb. Not sure if it was a common problem or just something going on that night. I still love the new additions to the ride but want to add that along with flash photography they need to start telling people to shut off those stupid flashing necklaces. After the Mansion I walked over to Pirates and saw there was little to no wait. Again flashing necklaces all over the ride sorry but these are much worse than flash photography in my opinion. After the Mansion I walked up to Main Street to catch the 11 o'clock showing of Spectro and got a great spot near a grabage can near the Sports store they were rehabbing. I did notice that they cut down the number of fish in the Little Mermaid section of the parade not sure if this is recent or something that happened a while ago since I missed Spectro on my December trip. After Spector I took a ride on on the Jungle Cruise which is always fun at night and for some reason much more relaxing. I grabbed myself a Dole Whip and and relaxed a few minutes before heading over to Peter Pan for my Fast Pass. This time I went with just the ice cream and not the float since I wasn't really in the mood for the Pineapple Juice. After sitting down and enjoying my Dole whip I headed towards Peter pan. I got on in a reasonable amount of the time and although I really love this attraction I still don' understand the long wait times it was still over a 60 minute wait stand-by. The events of the day were finally starting to catch up with me at this point and we had an early day with Breakfast at Chef Mickey's scheduled so I decided to call it a night and head back to the resort. I left the park and was pleasantly surprised to see a bus waiting for me and got right on. I made a minor mistake getting off the bus since I didn't feel like riding around to stop 1,I got off at stop and had to negotiate the maze of buildings to find my way back to my room. I will say I stayed with this stop the rest of the trip since once I found away around it was almost as close as stop 1 to my room.

Up next Chef Mickey's and more adventures in the Magic Kingdom!

I'll have to say that I'll really miss the presence of the Tomorrowland Transit Authority on my next trip!

Remember the interactive pins that used to light up at certain sections of the dark rides? Your discussion of the necklaces made me remember them!

Yeah I really did miss the TTA much more than Space Mountain

The flashing necklaces really can ruin an attraction especially the effects in the HM

Back in March, I had a lovely afternoon riding on the TTA. I relaxed, and it was GOOD!

    Thanks for reporting!

Great report so far although you left out meeting me well sort of since you did mention you did in your last part lol

I too miss the TTA my friends and I rode that and Space Mtn so many times before it closed I can't wait for it to be back open.

People try going to that all the time I hear them saying were going to Space Mtn and I have to tell them they can go but they wont get on haha

The Fish in the Little Mermaid scene have been gone for a while well the family of fish have since late April I believe they were doing a rehab on them but not sure why its taking so long the one little fish that spins has also disappeared in the last couple weeks I believe he is also getting refurbished hopefully the family of fish will return soon they've been gone a very long time.
