Bay Lake Towers was my choice. I bought in for a couple of reasons.
1. location
2. length of contract
3. 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom and and 1 bedroom sleeps 5.

I like the thought of being on the monorail line too.

I also own at SSR and now that the tree houses are part of SSR that is a big plus for me.

Thanks so much for your help everybody!! DH and I decided to buy into BLT for now and then add points on from BCV resale in a year or two. I am SO excited to be a new DVC owner and can't wait to take our first trip!!!! I'll be on the phone at 7am 11 months in advance this fall to book our BLT room with a view of the Magic Kingdom! Hooray!
