Probably soon. The Bolt characters are leaving next week.

No. The UP characters will be meeting in the Animation Building in DHS.

It looks like the UP characters will be debuting on May 15 (it's still subject to change, of course).

I doubt they will be there in September which bums me out. We will not get back till then. I bet they get the old "Meet The Robinsons" treatment and be gone by Fall. Only to return for their video release sometime around November . Then they will be gone for good.

It's possible they could be there still in Sept. The Bolt characters were out for over 5 months, so there is a chance for the UP characters.

I hope your right Joanna (you usually are ). I am still perturbed that only Bowler Hat Guy resides in our collection from MTR.

I really think the official term in character angler lingo for a character who dissapears quickly should be "The MTR Treatment"

Characters from the new Disney-Pixar animated comedy "UP" made a surprise visit May 14, 2009 to Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The three characters -- (L-R): Russell, an eight-year-old Wilderness Explorer; Carl Fredricksen, a 78-year-old balloon salesman; and Dug, a dog -- pose in front of the park's Sorcerer Hat icon. Beginning May 15, the three characters will make regular meet-and-greet appearances for guests inside the theme park's "Magic of Disney Animation" attraction. "UP," the 10th film from Disney-Pixar, debuts in U.S. theaters nationwide on May 29, 2009.

I hope they do meet and greet at Disneyland as well. The last couple of new characters. Blot,Prince from Narina didn't do any meet and greets as well the Princess for Enchanment. I know the reason why for her.

I met them the other day, they are great! Esp. Dug, he is sooooo funny and cute.

When the Fantasmic set characters came out, Foulfellow was one of them...and he started imitating the way Carl walks...LOL, how mean of him..
