    Oooh, fun! Great idea!
There is more treasure in books than in all the pirates' loot on Treasure Island and at the bottom of the Spanish Main... and best of all, you can enjoy these riches every day of your life.

This is going to be SOO much fun!! My first trip was in the 80s. 1986. It was with a band I twirled with. They were called the Blazers Band and us twirlers were called the Blazerettes. It was so much fun!! I have been hooked since the first visit!!

I cannot remember the exact year of my first trip or how old. I do remember I was a young child. At that time it was only the MK. Everybody was dressed up by today's standards. I had a white purse that I carried - not sure why I remember this. Our party included my mother, uncle, aunt and myself. I cannot remember anybody else. I am sure the rest of my siblings were there but simply didn't make into the old memory bank

I remember the wonderful smells down Main Street Everything was so new and different - I was just amazed.

I remember waiting in line (for a long time) for SM. Once we got to the front of the line, we chickened out. I have not gone on SP yet :blush

Boy...old childhood memories can bring a smile to your face

Thanks for the trip down memory lane

I didn't go to the World until 2004...although I planned and dreamed about it A LOT before that.

My first trip was to DL in the late 60's with my family. First trip to WDW would have been shortly after it opened. Next trip was 1995 with my husband, daughter who was 5, and my mother. Since then it's been at least once every year.

My first trip was in 1975. The entire extended family went, and we stayed at Ft. Wilderness. I still remember serveral things vividly, and recall how I never wanted to leave. I still get that same feeling at 40

I'm pretty sure it was 1980, but I may be wrong, it could have been earlier, maybe 1978 or so.
Space Mountain was fairly new still and Epcot wasn't open yet. All that was there was Magic Kingdom, and that was a three day park back then. ABCDE tickets were needed.
Side note, International Drive was incomplete, Wet & Wild was about half the size!

My very first trip to WDW was in 1994. I never got to experience the parks back in the 70s or 80s. I was very glad I got to experience Horizons before it was replaced by Mission:Space and the original Journey Into Your Imagination. I wish they would redo JIYI because I really don't like this incarnation.

My first trip was in the spring (I think) of 1986.

My father's company was having a convention in Orlando and my parents took the ooportunity to have our first ever WDW trip. We were blown away, though there was only Epcot and MK at the time. That was plenty!

I chose 1980's because we started going as a couple for the first time the year Epcot opened. Great time and really represents our start. But I had been there in the 70's before we met and my first trip to Disneyland was 1957or 58.

My first was around 1973-74. I had an aunt in Tampa, so there were many visits after that.

My first trip was when I was six, which was in 1990! We stayed at a campground in Kissimee!

    This is fun!
