Default Tournament of Attractions!: AK quarter-final: Expedition Everest VS Kali River Rapids

It's been blow-out after blow-out so far. Good afternoon, Intercotees, and welcome back to the Tournament of Attractions! on the Theme Park forum. We've had some lop-sided matches throughout the past week, and more are anticipated as the quarter-final matches continue. Once we get to the semi-finals, things are anticipated to get closer - but then again - you never know!

Its always sad; we'll be back: We have to leave the MK and head over to the Animal Kingdom for the first time this tournament. Remember your park maps! It's easy to get separated from your parties!

    TO RECAP:

    * Spaceship Earth rolled over Mission Space in an Epcot quarter-final
    * Rockin' RollerCoaster drove circles around the Great Movie Ride in a quarter-final at DHS
    * The Haunted Mansion spooked Space Mountain in an MK quarter-final

    UP NEXT:

We've arrived safely at Animal Kingdom and are starting with the first of 4 quarter-final matches in this region. It is bound to be an exciting one, as Expedition Everest takes on Kali River Rapids!

    WHAT TO DO:
Vote for the attraction you enjoy more!

The next poll will be posted once this poll goes to page 2 of this forum.

Happy voting...and have a Disney Day!

Another easy one for me since I dont do thrill rides!!

Besides we LOVE Kali River Rapids and try to ride it several times (great ride during EMH especially)

Its one of the few rides I ride where you get strapped in LOL... I know.. Im brave

I picked EE. I don't mind getting wet on rides but on kali I have always been soaked down thur my underware which is not a feeling that I like. On our last trip I skipped it altogether and probably will this time too.

I didn't even have to think a moment on this one... Everest all the way!! It is one of my favorite rides in all of WDW, and I just don't enjoy getting soaked to the skin on Kali.

Now that is hard!!! I voted KRR.... I love EE too though... but we have lots of fun memories on KRR and we LOVE betting on who will get the most soaked on the ride!!

EE all the way! The idea of spending the day in wet underwear, shoes and socks just grosses me out I don't care how warm it is outside in the FL sun!!!

Definitely Everest! Not much of a contest in my book. I don't care for getting soaked and find KRR to be sub-par for the raft rides.

Unlike some of the other polls, this one was easy, EE. KRR is far too wet to even want to try. The people coming off are just far too soaked. Besides, EE is a great Disney Coaster.

This was a tough one for me but EE won out just because we avoid the really hot months when being totally soaked is more comfortable!

Not even close for me, EE gets my vote.

I went with EE. it's awesome. I've never rode KRR. I know it has Disney's spin on it, but it is at alot of theme parks. Plus I don't like to get drenched.

I chose Kali Rapids. The unknown factor of getting wet or staying dry won out over EE.
