MVMCP Question

I know this question is a repeat, but as I never expected to have the opportunity to attend this event I never really paid much attention to the threads for this. What is the earliest you can enter MK to attend the party without using a regular park ticket that day? I am thinking it is around 4 or 4:30, but am not sure. I know the party starts at 7, but I was under the impression we could get in earlier.

We were allowed in to both MNSSHP and MVMCP at 4pm with just the party ticket.
