morning EMH fastpasses

Are fastpass machines open during the morning EMH or will we have to wait until the official park opening to get our first one?

I know for evening EMH they "reload" the machines at park closing for EMH guests that are staying later but I was wondering how it worked for the morning.

Not sure if they are open or not, but for orning EMH you do not need them, the longest Morning EMH wait we had was for Dumbo. We had to wait for it to stop so we could get on. And this was during spring break when MK was so busy they were staying open till 1 am without the Evening EMH.

They were open during EMH's when we went in 2007. We were able to grab some for Space Mountain and head over to Fantasyland to do some of those rides before the official opening. Saved a lot of time that way... and DH got to ride Dumbo without a wait. (For some reason, DH LOVES Dumbo!!!)

This will actually be perfect for our August trip - we only have 3 days at the parks so we want to try to take advantage of the morning EMH and hopefully light crowds. Since we are traveling with 2 little ones I'd love to send hubby and DS9 to ride an adventurous ride or 2 while I stop for FP at a family ride for us to hit later after the park opens to everyone and then we can meet up.
