Question AK early EMH & breakfast

I've heard several people mention that if you go to Donald's breakfast before park opening you can be escorted to EE. Does this happen on days with early EMH? If we were to go on an EMH day at 8:30 for breakfast would we be escorted to EE before the offical opening at 9?

    Thanks!

I'm not sure how it works now that it has changed. When it was Breakfastosaurus, we finished breakfast and headed for Dinosaur to be there when the ropes dropped. There was no escort, just that you could leave the restaurant and walk around the open areas of the park before the crowds came in. Going during morning EMH would have meant eating instead of taking advantage of valuable park time before the official opening brought in the crowds.

To me, it makes more sense to eat later on morning EMH days and use the early hours for attractions. But on regular schedule days, it's definitely a plus to do breakfast before opening and gain early entrance to be close to the big attractions when everything officially opens. I don't believe you would be escorted on morning EMH days since the park is technically already open to resort guests, but I don't know officially what happens.

I'm not clear on your question here. The park opens to resort guests at 8:00 on EMH mornings, and EE starts running at that time. If you have an 8:30 ressie for breakfast that day, there is no need to escort you anywhere.

On non-EMH mornings breakfast guests are kept out of Asia until the rope drop at 9:00. Everyone has access to EE at the same time. Early breakfast guests are not escorted to the ride.

When it was breakfastsaurs we were "walked", "escorted" whatever you want to call it to EE after eating...the park was just opening and the ropes dropped at the "entrance" and at that time we were allowed on the ride. We could see guests coming in droves as we were going up the hill....hopefully it'll be the same when we eat at Donald's Safari Breakfast......

As the park opens (EMH or otherwise) guests are "walked" behind ropes from the Tree of Life area through Asia to EE while other guests are "walked" in to the attraction from Dinoland. Breakfast guests are part of the tree of life group. Both groups arrive at Everest at approximately the same time.

Last yr we had ressies at 8 am for Donald's after breakfast we walked toward Dinoland where it was roped off and no one could enter until 9 am. After the 9 am time we were allowed to continue toward the EE ride, at the bridge a couple CM's carried a rope and escorted a large group of us across the bridge toward EE until we reached the ride and the same for those entering from the Tree of Life. This was not on an EMH day.
