Good plan, great ADRs, but it is a lot of food. Just pace yourself and take Ellen's great advice-- you don't have to eat everything. You're trying some great places and I hope you enjoy them all!

I am amazed that so many of you people think
you are getting some kind of special meal at
a place like Le Cellier or Flying Fish. Most
likely you all have a restaurant in your area
just as good as most in WDW(and less $$$$).
There is a lot of time spent planing a
vacation around mediocre(and expensive)
food. Please help your mom and pop eatery
back home. Trust me you don't got to come
to Florida to eat good.
Nope, not too many mom and pop eateries around here like LeCellier or Flying Fish.
We live in Cajun country... I can feed you some boiled crawfish or crabs... or maybe some alligator if you are hungry.
~Angel~ Proud DVC owners!

Yeah,...O-Hana's is pretty cool. Tasty food. My favorites are the appetizer chips w/sauces (especially the peanut flavored one), potatoes, and their vegetables. I actually liked all that more than I liked the meat. The meat always seems a little bland.
I've eaten at Kona's several times. They have recently changed their menu. Both times --- were excellent for me. In October, I had some kind of peanut chicken. Man....was it good.
When are you going in January?....I'll be there from the 2nd-12th at VWL.
We'll be there from the 3rd thru the 10th of January on a land sea trip @ the Polynesian

I am truly inspired!! I will be making adr's for 10 people in just 92 days!! We are also doing the deluxe dining. It will be a lot of research looking up all the 2 ts credit places.. we have never tried any of them before. I hope both of you enjoy your trips!!

I put a lot of work into making the ADR's. I used the credits to get lots of 2TS dinners. I made sure I had a meal on my last day, I made sure we had lunch and dinner the arrival day since we were getting in at 9am (and I knew we'd be hungry). I planned the restaurants around which day we'd be at parks. I also took into account, that I didn't want to do a lot of steak places in a row...I tried to do some variety (chinese, steak, seafood....etc.). I could have used a lot more of my credits for other 2TS dinners, but we wanted to do lunch and dinner each day (an EARLY dinner and....as much as possible....a semi-late dinner). Also, I took into account what restaurants had 'strict' dress codes so we could go back to the lodge and dress accordingly, without it interrupting our day too much. I looked at all the menu's to see what my son would NOT like, as well as picking the ones that we've never been too. Some of the ones that I'm unsure that we will like (Biergarten for lunch) is followed by a restaurant that I know we love and we'll pig out if we didn't like lunch.
A lot of thought.....a lot of money.....but, we'll do this once and try it out.
