Question Converting Multi-Day Park Hopper to Annual Pass

I know in the past, you could change your single day ticket to an annual pass and receive the cost of the single day ticket as a credit towards your purchase of an annual pass.

Can you convert your multi-day park hoppper ticket to a Southern California annual pass?
Of course, that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.

Yes, you can. You must visit the Bank on Main Street prior to your multi-day park hopper's expiration and they will convert it to an Annual Pass for you. You pay them the price difference, they take your picture and you're done! You get the pass on the spot!

Just remember, you MUST do it during the ticket's validity or they will not convert it to an AP for you!

Also make sure that you do it on the last day of your visit. We converted on day 2 of 3 this past Summer only to find out that we were then restricted to blackout days. Our 3-day park hopper was fine, but the AP was blacked out on that Saturday. We had saved our receipt and got it worked out, but it was still a hassle and cost us a half hour and a bunch of stress. Waiting until the last day would have prevented the problem altogether.

Another reason to wait until the last day is so you can use the Early Entry feature on your multi-day pass.
