Thank You DLR DelivEARS!

I bought a 3-in-1 Mickey Mouse pen when we were at Disneyland in June. The black ink pen never worked right and the bottom half kept wobbling off, so the pen wouldn't stay together. I emailed DLR DelivEARS with the receipt information, and I received my replacement pen yesterday! Talk about no hassle exchanges (it would have been a problem to return to DLR to exchange it seeing as we live in Michigan.)

I don't know if it makes a difference or not, but I have it as [email protected].
