Point renting advice??

Here's the deal, we traded into Disney through Interval International. We at first got a 1 bedroom at SSR Sept. 22-29th. We took this because we had heard how hard it was to get Disney properties. Then 5 weeks later our Interval agent called us to say we could use our 2 bedroom at OKW Sept. 25-Oct. 2. Being a family of 6 we took this. Otherwise we had to rent another room at SSR. So now we have a 1 bedroom we don't need and no family will be able to go then. Now were faced with renting it out. Our concerns are trusting someone we rent to. Having them trust us enough to rent from us. How do we go about renting out the 1 bedroom? I have an ad on Ebay but I don't know how it will go and we can cancel the 1 bdrm because we will just lose it.HELP!
