Counter service without kid's menus???

Which counter service restaurants do not have a kid's menu? We are using the dining plan and from what I have read, my DS8 can order from the regular menu if there isn't a kid's menu available. This will be great for us because my DS is a BIG eater. I'm not sure any of the kid's meals will fill him up. We plan on sharing with him if he wants more to eat but a bigger meal for him would be nice. I know Planet Pizza is one of the restaurants without a kid's menu. Which other ones should I try?

This isn't a direct answer to your question, but we were on dining plan last month and we had no problem ordering whatever we wanted for our kids at CS places, "adult" menu items included. The CS places don't seem to care how many child credits you have.
