If they can't ride the tram, you could always drop of the wife and dogs near the kennel, then go park and meet up with her back near the kennel, instead of walking the dogs across the parking lot.

I would guess probably not, seeing as you have to pay for the tours at the time that you book, and you don't get the gift card until check in.

I'm not aware of one, but they are really good about replying to e-mail. If you're concerned about calling long distance you could always send an e-mail and ask an agent to call you.
