Kids get the free pass to the head of the curb. Parents stand beside or behind me or in some circumstances if they have really little ones that need closely monitored I will insist that they stay...

We got ours at around the 15 day mark. I received mine from our wonderful Magical Journeys agent, Debbie so i do not know how that affected the amount of time it took to get from Disney World to us...

Really, its a matter of "get what you pay for". We stay at moderates knowing that it will be more spread out and less congestion, but know that we will always encounter long lines at the food court...
