CandyCane Inn is a short 250 yd walk to the gate plus if you feel like waiting for a shuttle, they have a private shuttle that runs every half hour. The Cane is super clean and highly recommended....

The Candy Cane is great. It's the only place we stay. And I've read nothing but favorable with the HOJO. I think either one is fine..but again, we love the 'Cane.

They definitely get more expensive as the date draws near, if they even have rooms available.
BUT...if it shows booked, call them also, because they allocate a certain number of rooms for 'net...

Wasn't aware that looking' backwards was a problem, as long as you are sitting forward. The goat trick is looking back too, so that would be wrong too. I would never condone doing anything...

Absolutely. Best from last car.. AND...
you can experience the goat trick for the entire ride, by sitting in the last car and looking backward for the entire ride. Not knowing exactly what to expect...

Stay at the Candy Cane Inn. It's on Harbor Blvd, next to Disneyland. It's a pleasant 250 yard walk OR the Candy Cane has it's own private shuttle for guests that drops you have at the gate.
