I don't know what to say. The kids and I are in shock. Erin was always so kind and friendly to us in VMK. It's such a shame to lose someone so full of life. She will be missed by us all.

The bad news came on Thursday the 8th that EVERY road out of WA state was closed due to flooding. I spent all day trying to figure out a way out but there really wasn't one.

I was already to book a flight when my mom called at 6:30 am Friday and said she heard the I 5 would open later in the day. We quickly threw our stuff in the car...

Ok it's official...

I'm vacation cursed.

Then the annual "adults only" weekend
Then our annual anniversary trip
Now Disneyland

When we were at POFQ in Sept/06 there was a huge cork pin board in the back room of the gift shop that they brought out for the kids to trade from.

Update: I cashed in my airmiles for 2 4 day passes and my mom cashed in some of hers for the kids passes!! Booked us at the Marriott and in 12 sleeps we'll be on our way!!!

Well after a couple of weeks of either subzero temperatures and over a foot of snow we are slowly getting back to normal here. Not to mention those critters figgie sent wrecked more havoc than one...

It's a blizzard outside and I haven't had internet since Friday night!! The repair guy couldn't get to the house today because of the snow so I don't know when it will be fixed. :(
