We have ALWAYS received all our room requests, sometimes down to the exact room number if we requested one. This trip, we arrived at WL at 10:30am and viola!......

OMGosh! We just returned from an 8 night stay at WL and the bed was HONESTLY the most comfortable bed we have EVER slept on. Perhaps they were replaced last year when the rooms were refurbed, idk,...

They did not charge a fee. But, this week we received a nice letter stating as of AUG 1st they will charge a 2% fee that is charged to them by a third party!!! Ugh... There goes that plan!:(
