Being the Creative Consultant (assistant manager) for our local Disney Store, I am pretty sure that I'd be obligated to answer this question. Or risk being fired. One of the two... ;)

A "movie" ranch. Television shows like Spin 'n Marty, Toby Tyler, Mickey Mouse Club, , and movies such as Old Yeller, Parent Trap, , and, more recently, Pearl Harbor, Princess Diaries,, and Pirates of the Caribbean I and II have been filmed there.

I was curious as to if it was him for sure or not. I was going to post Mr. Bradbury as my answer but I wasn't completely positive on it. I recall hearing interviews with Imagineers on the subject, so that's the only reason I was aware.
My secondary guesses would've been Jules Verne or H.G. Wells.
