All of EPCOT lost power due to a power surge. Some rides ahve been brought up but not all. Apparently it takes a long time to bring some of the rides back up. This coming from a CM working this evening in EPCOT
I've never been in a park with the power out, although the first time we saw Hoop-Dee-Doo, the power went out at the end, so dessert was served by flashlight.
We had the power go out in Animal Kingdom a few years ago. We had picked out something in one of the stores and just as the CM started ringing it up, everything went dark. It came back on in about five minutes.
