We love Teppan Edo, Via Napoli, Rose & Crown for sit-down meals. (I know you asked for 5, but these are our favourites)
Tokyo Dining, Garden Grill, Chefs de France, Sunshine Seasons (quick service)
Marrakesh was delicious. I know it seems like it is a little out there, but everyone in our group of 9 loved it and only 2 or 3 in the group are really adventurous eaters.
Rose and Crown is tasty and an amazing place for Illuminations if you can get seated outside at the right time.
Sunshine Seasons is a counter service that was a big hit with everyone.
Sunshine Seasons
Tangierine Cafe
Tutto Italia, Teppan Ido, Nine Dragons, Marrakesh, Le Cellier.......
Via Napoli has been our favorite, hands down!
We also enjoy Teppan Edo and Chefs de France. We have had good meals at Rose and Crown in the past, but this last May it was awful!
Garden grill, Via Napoli, Biergarten, Akershus, liberty inn (quick service)
Teppan Edo (in my family's opinion, the most consistently good meal at WDW. Not amazing, but never bad.)

Teppan Edo is what we have reserved -- after reading the suggestions and knowing my group . . . I think this will make everyone happy. Looking forward to our trip. Thanks.
Teppan Edo is just another hibachi grill as far as I am concerned. I don't get the hype for it, we have several local places around here that are basically the same thing with the same food but for half the price. Personally, I hate hibachi grills. I don't like being seated with a bunch of strangers like that.
You will get recommendations all over the map when it comes to food because people have such different tastes. My favorite is San Angel Inn even though they cheapened the menu up a few years ago and made it less enjoyable, the food has been the most consistently good for over 20 years that I have been eating there.
The others we have visited have all pretty much been good but I just don't get all that exited about the food.
