Just got the opportunity to join family for a trip in three weeks so did not get fastpasses to the Pandora attractions. Does anyone know if there is a single rider line?

Just got the opportunity to join family for a trip in three weeks so did not get fastpasses to the Pandora attractions. Does anyone know if there is a single rider line?
There is one for Flight of Passage. It may or may not operate at any given time. There is a permanent sign for it, but it appears they do not use it when the line is insanely long.
