:ditto: We've used ours during the food and wine festival too. Saved us a counter service and filled us up for lunch! However, those cinnamon rolls and bread basket mentioned above sound good too!!

The ham & cheese croissant from France, it's a snack on the DDP...but for me it was lunch
The Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich at the Main Street Bakery....yummy and big enough for two!
1 year ago we were able to get a huge Sundae at Everything Pop. 3 big scoops of ice cream with any toppings you watned. Hope they still do this because we are hoping to do this again next year.
Where at in France? Anyone else have any other tips on snacks that can double as small meals. We tend to eat big breakfast and dinners with a very small lunch to tide us over until dinner. This time I am thinking that we may be able to use our snack credits for this instead of using them for bottled waters/sodas as we did last time. We felt we did not get our money's worth for the snack credits on the last trip.
Definitely the crepes in France, and I don't think anyone has mentioned the tie-dyed cheesecakes at Pop!
Where is Starring Rolls?
For me, it was the $7 Lobster Roll at the Food & Wine Festival this year. I am SO happy Disney lists every food item at F&W as a snack!! DH and I used all of our snack credits for the entire week there. The Strawberry Shortcake was absolutely DELICIOUS!!
Most (if not all) of the items at Epcot's F&W festival are available for purchase using a snack option. And believe me, there are some really good choices.
Personally, I can recommend the following:
Munich (Germany) - Sausage in a Pretzel Roll
Ireland (Canada) - Lobster & Scallop bisque/pie!!!
Canada - Cheddar Cheese soup!
Is there an actual 'list' of all of these items somewhere? We'll be going in 22 days, and have been several times before, and never realized you could get all that stuff for a snack credit. Are the 'snack credit' signs posted by these places?
I created a list, here: http://intercot.com/discussion/showt...81#post1976981
Every place we stopped listed the items with the DDP logo next to them. So, I think most all of them can be purchased with a snack credit.
That was a wonderful list! However, we'll be going after the F&W, and I was looking for all the snacks that are available throughout the world. Anyone have something like that or can you tell me where I could find a list? :D
I've seen such a list, but I don't think it was on Intercot. However, take a look at this page, Disney Dining Plan basically it's every snack under $4, and all locations will have the DDP logo beside the items that are eligible.
There is a snack list in the Disney Dining Plan FAQ located at the top of this forum.Quote:

two words (maybe just one really, I am not sure how or if they actually split it) -
SCHOOL BREAD!!!
Heh. Oh the DDP. The one and only time I did it, I remember filling up our carry-ons with various prepackaged snacks and bottled water (yes, simpler times when bottled water was allowed past security.)
After reading all of these, the WATER BOTTLE HOLDER is definitely the funniest thing you can get with a snack credit. I wonder how they taste. ;)
This is a great thread!
We will definitely use this information on our upcoming trip. Any rumours of changes to the DDP for 2010?
What is the average cost of a snack you can get with a snack credit?
