Weather is cooler in November and not as humid so that is definitely a plus.l
Veterans' day falls in November and New Jersey schools typically add a few additional days off around this time so many folks from that state plan vacations to coincide with that. If your trip falls around that time, you may notice an uptick in crowding due to that - though there really don't seem to be any slow times in Disney any longer.
Definitely weather is more pleasant. Usually around 80. Sometimes a little cool in the AM. Food and wine festival at EPCOT is a big plus. Have been going in the summer the last few years and it is really really hot and humid
Our experience from being there the first week of November was the beginning of the week was not to bad. Lots of people from Jersey but parks were very doable. The holiday special was being filmed in various parks so some areas were roped off. As the end of the week approached things got much busier. Veterans Day Weekend was very busy. Magic Kingdom and EPCOT were packed. Ride lines were long and crowds were large. We ventured into EPCOT to watch the fireworks and had to stake out a spot very early. That weekend is the last weekend of Food and Wine so lots of people enjoying that. Also MVMCP starts around this time. The first party being on Nov 9th this year. Would I go back during this time period?? Yes, I would just plan a little better about where I want to be on the weekend. I would avoid EPCOT and visit MK early
We were there last year from November 7th thru the 19th. Never again. Epcot was a zoo due to the food and wine festival. Lots of people staggering around with cups of alcoholic beverage sloshing around. That first week they were filming for the thanksgiving and Christmas tv specials so all the equipment sitting around took away from the ambiance at most of the parks...especially Magic Kingdom. It was the first time I did not enjoy being at Disney. It made me sad that we went at that time. Also none of the usual music was playing at least in most places anyway. We were immersed in Christmas music. Now don't get me wrong I do like Christmas music but not at Disney. Now that said...we did enjoy Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Anyway we both decided that we will not ever be going back at that time of year again.
