Paradise Pier Club Level

Good morning, all! The wife and I are planning on making our first trip ever out to DL in February for my (Gasp) 30th birthday. Our plan is to treat ourselves to Club Level at Paradise Pier due to the cost (For CM's) being only about $70 extra per night compared to a standard view room.

Has anyone utilized their club before? How does it compare to those here at WDW in terms of selection and ambiance? Here at WDW, if you ask a CM for an alcoholic beverage, they can get it for you at any point. Is this the case there or is it truly only between 5-7pm? We're just trying to figure out if we can justify the cost.
