ORLANDO – As the essence of all things entertainment, Planet Hollywood® International is expanding its lodging division by revolutionizing the upscale condo-hotel market for the glamorous lifestyle with its first-to-market luxury brand – ph Premiere™. The brand will debut with a flagship property ph Premiere™ Resort-Residences Orlando, located just minutes from Orlando, Florida’s famed theme parks and attractions.
To be developed by Azzurra Development, ph Premiere™ Resort-Residences Orlando will offer a mix of stylish accommodations and condo-hotel residences encompassing a total of 547 keys. The developer has recruited an all-star team that is committed to establishing the property as the leading lifestyle resort destination in Orlando. Internationally renowned Arquitectonica is the project’s design visionary, while Miami-based Fortune International Group is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the condo-hotel units.

Set on the shore of the 400-acre, spring-fed Lake Bryan, in the heart of the Lake Buena Vista district, adults, families and children alike will enjoy an indoor-outdoor amenity playground encompassing 15 acres. Curating first-of-its-kind guest experiences, the main pool brings the spirit of Miami Beach to Orlando with a deck spanning more than 35,000 square feet. And, just steps away is a sandy, lakeside beach with boating, sailing, and jet and water skiing on one of Orlando’s most central, breathtaking bodies of water.
The property’s 12,000-square-foot spa and fitness facility will offer weight training, yoga and Pilates, with personal trainers available upon request. The spa will serve as a sanctuary for relaxation, offering a sauna, whirlpool, steam room, wet and dry massage treatment rooms, Hammam bath and body treatments, manicure/pedicure services, waxing and facials.
ph Premiere™ Resort-Residences Orlando will offer creative and unique cuisine, premium-quality fresh food and provide a memorable dining experience at every level. Options will include rooftop fine dining, a lobby bar, an indoor/outdoor poolside lounge, a lakefront bar and grill, and other specialty restaurants.
Within each suite, guests will find a chic color palette of elegant neutrals – including ivory, champagne and caramel – accentuated by custom woven carpets, porcelain wood plank details and plush accent runners to create a tranquil and relaxing environment in a modern and sophisticated fashion. Chic contemporary furnishings – including sofas, benches and seating – will be upholstered with custom, luxe fabrics.
Operating at the highest standard of service, in-room amenities will include 24- hour room service, in-room couple’s massages, twice daily housekeeping, and pet friendly suites – providing guests with maximum leisure.
