Hong Kong Disneyland

Has anyone been to Hong Kong Disneyland? I am thinking of a stopover on my way to Vietnam from the UK. I'd like to stay in one of their 3 hotels - does anyone have any recommendations?

I explored Hong Kong itself before so I am happy to concentrate on the park this time.
