You can get Disney gift cards several different ways. One tip is if you have a Target card you can get them at a Target store and get your 5% off. Otherwise, you can get gift cards at many places in Disney. I do prefer to get mine in Epcot. It is a special design especially for the festival. You can use it at any food booth at the festival and use it to pay for purchases most anywhere on property.
You should expect to only find that particular style at Epcot. It's still a Disney giftcard - good anywhere on property that they accept giftcards. Which is virtually everywhere.
