Rey from Star Wars?
Not too familiar with the Star Wars saga lol
Not Rae
Another clue: 4. I'm in an animated musical.
Okay a little far-fetched here....but Elsa from Frozen? She is a prisoner of her own powers?
Not Elsa.
This character doesn't have a proper name. I think the key clue is the 4th wall clue. This character would address the main character and would use symbolism not from the time period and context of the film but also from the real modern era that the audience could relate to.
Lewis from Meet the Robinsons? My issue is I don't recall this being a musical....
Not Lewis
And let me clarify, the movie has a lot of music and singing but may not necessarily be an actual musical. There is a broadway adaptation that is most definitely a musical. I'm sorry if I misdirected anyone.
Genie from Aladdin? At this point naming random shows....
Lol. Genie is it! Loved Robin Williams in that role.
The 4th wall clue really puzzled me!
1. Teenager
2. Not American
3. From an animated film originally
Animated film "originally" makes me think maybe one of the films that have had a live action recreation.
Belle from Beauty and the Beast?
How about Cinderella?
Mowgli?
Alice?
OK, here's a new one:
1. I was adopted into my family.
2. My name has a double meaning.
3. I was a bit of a "rascal" (mischievous), but I was heroic in protecting my family.
4. I came to a sad end.
