That's great news! I'm so glad you'll at least be there. Things are looking up and up.

I'll be staying over at SeaWorld, but I want to come cheer either Friday or Saturday. Let me know where to go!
I found out today I will not get to run wine and dine :(
I do however have a 5 and 10k bib with resort stay at reduced rate at pop century that I can legally transfer if anyone would still like to run and did not register.
I am okay. Found out that that is the weekend my daughter (Ali) coordinated everyone (maid of honor, bridesmaids, future m-I-L) to go wedding dress shopping. She volunteered to change it, but I told her no, it took forever for everyone to have one weekend where they could all fly into Maryland, that I would just not run that weekend.
How fun! I'm glad you get to do this!
Sorry you won’t be able to make it but at least it’s a good excuse. [emoji15]🤪. Lol

Who is, if anyone, doing Sundays race? We want to cheer on our fellow intercotees, but we're considering brunch at the California Grill if no one needs cheering... how late would the race run, many we could make our brunch really late...
I think Just John Y and I are doing the 1/2
Please go cheer!! It means so much to us runners
(Sadly, I will not be one of them), knowing
that a group of people will be waiting
to cheer you on. Two runs ago I had an Intercot
Section cheering me on during a run, and it made all
the difference in my last 1.5 miles!!! It could
be as late as 9:30 before they come by,
or as early as right before 8am, depending
on coral placement and pace. You will
not regret cheering!!
We will of course go and cheer on all Intercotees! That's why we're going! I just wondered who was racing and how late it would go to see if we could add the brunch. Intercot is our first priority for this week-end! I'm just sorry we won't get to cheer you on!
We may need an introductory course to where, when and how to cheer though, having never been there during a race. :funny:
I am anticipating my 1/2 to take about 3 hrs.
As for cheering spots, when we get closer and the courses are officially announced, we will set up official cheer spots.
So glad you are coming.

I'm running the 10K (that's on Saturday morning) but I will be out there cheering the rest of the mornings! It's STINKING early and sometimes I go back to the hotel for a nap before hitting the parks haha! But I'll be there!
Once the actual race courses are posted by Disney then we can let everyone know where we are meeting up to cheer. Get ready to be LOUD and make way for tons of High-5's with the runners! (Which reminds me, bring hand sanitizer! LOL)
Hand sanitizer is a great idea. I usually wind up with a nice cold after a race weekend. 🤧[emoji40]
